These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the legal agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and Belvagio ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your access to and use of the Belvagio website (https://belvagio.vip) and participation in our prize competitions (the "Competitions").
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Belvagio is not based in the United Kingdom.
All Competitions are open exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom.
All prizes are purchased, stored, and fulfilled within the UK.
All Competitions are chance-based prize competitions.
A free entry method is always available and offers equal chances of winning as paid entries.
Our Competitions are not gambling, not lotteries, and not games of chance for payment only, as defined under the Gambling Act 2005.
By entering any Competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate.
1. Eligibility
To enter a Competition, you must:
• Be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited by law from participating
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
We reserve the right to verify identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide verification may result in disqualification.
2. Nature of the Competitions
All Competitions operated by Belvagio are prize competitions based on chance.
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.
No skill, knowledge, or judgment is required to enter or win.
Participation does not guarantee winning a prize.
Belvagio does not operate lotteries, betting services, or gambling products.
3. Entry Methods
Each Competition may be entered via two methods:
3.1 Paid Entry
Users may purchase one or more tickets for a stated price.
The ticket price and maximum number of entries are clearly disclosed on each Competition page.
Multiple entries are permitted unless otherwise stated.
All payments are securely processed by a UK-based third-party payment provider.
Belvagio does not directly handle or store user funds.
Please note:
• All paid entries are non-refundable
• Payment is solely for participation in the Competition
• Purchasing more entries increases chances, but does not guarantee winning
3.2 Free Entry Method
You may enter any Competition without payment by submitting a free entry as follows:
Send a correctly stamped envelope containing handwritten details including:
• Full name
• Full UK address
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Name of the Competition you wish to enter
• The following statement:
"I would like to enter this competition for free and confirm that I meet all eligibility requirements."

Conditions:
• Only one entry per envelope
• Entries must be received at least five (5) business days before the Competition closing date
• Free entries receive exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries
• Incomplete, illegible, bulk, or automated entries will be rejected
4. Winner Selection and Notification
After the Competition closes, all valid entries (paid and free) are combined
The winner is selected using a random, impartial, and verifiable method
The winner is notified via email within 48 hours
The winner must confirm identity and delivery address within 14 days
If the selected winner fails to respond or is ineligible, a new winner will be drawn.
5. Prizes
All prizes are brand new and sourced within the UK
Prizes are delivered via tracked courier to UK addresses only
No cash alternatives are available unless explicitly stated
If a prize becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided
Belvagio is not responsible for:
• Courier delays
• Failed delivery due to incorrect user details
• Delivery issues in non-mainland UK territories
6. Account Responsibilities
You must not:
• Create multiple accounts
• Use false or misleading information
• Share or sell accounts
• Attempt to manipulate entry systems
Breaches may result in suspension or permanent exclusion.
7. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify entries or users who:
• Breach these Terms
• Attempt fraud, automation, or system abuse
• Submit invalid or bulk free entries
• Act unlawfully or unfairly
8. Refund Policy
All paid entries are final and non-refundable except where:
• A technical error causes duplicate or failed charges
• A Competition is cancelled due to legal or operational reasons

• User misuse of the platform
• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant Competition.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including legal changes, outages, strikes, or courier disruptions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the English courts.
