By participating in any Belvagio competition, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must be a UK resident
• Only one account per person is permitted

2. Free Entry Route

A free postal entry route is available for every competition. To use this route, send a handwritten postcard with your name, address, and the competition you wish to enter to:

Each postal entry counts as one valid ticket. The limit is 2 postal entries per competition per person. Postal entries are included in the same draw as paid entries.

3. Ticket Limits

Each competition has a maximum total number of tickets and a maximum per-person limit. These limits are displayed on the competition page and are enforced at checkout.

4. The Draw

• Draws take place when a competition ends or sells out, whichever comes first
• The winner is selected at random
• Winners are notified within 24 hours via email
• Winners are announced publicly on our social media channels

5. Prizes

Prizes are as described on the competition page. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes forfeit to Belvagio. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes will be dispatched within 14 working days of winner confirmation and delivery address verification.

6. Payments

All payments are processed via Whop. Ticket prices are displayed before purchase and are final. Refunds are not offered after purchase unless a competition is cancelled by Belvagio.

7. Cancellations

If Belvagio cancels a competition, all ticket purchases will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

Belvagio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in our competitions. Our total liability is limited to the value of the prize in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
