Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and Belvagio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) concerning your access to and use of the Belvagio website (https://belvagio.vip) and participation in our skill-based competitions (the “Competitions”).

Important Notice:

Belvagio is not based in the United Kingdom.
All Competitions are exclusively open to residents of the United Kingdom.
All prizes are purchased, stored, and fulfilled within the UK.
All Competitions are skill-based and do not constitute gambling under the Gambling Act 2005.
By participating in any Competition on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To participate in a Competition, you must:
Be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Not be prohibited from participating in skill-based competitions under applicable laws.
Use your real name and accurate personal details when creating an account.
We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.

2. Nature of the Competitions

All Competitions hosted on Belvagio are based on skill, not chance. To enter, you must:
Select a Competition.
Purchase an entry ticket for the specified price.
Correctly answer a skill-based question (e.g. a logic, knowledge, or reasoning challenge) before payment is completed.
Only users who submit the correct answer will be eligible for the prize draw.
Belvagio does not operate any form of lottery, sweepstake, or game of chance. Our Competitions are structured to comply fully with UK legislation and are exempt from gambling regulation under Section 14(5) of the Gambling Act 2005.

3. Entry and Payment

Each Competition entry requires a separate ticket purchase. The ticket price and total number of available entries are transparently disclosed on the respective Competition page. Users may purchase multiple tickets per Competition unless otherwise specified.
All payments are securely processed and handled by our appointed third-party partner based in the United Kingdom, who is solely responsible for collecting entry fees and managing payment infrastructure. Belvagio does not itself process, receive, or hold any user payments.
Please note:
Entry fees are final and non-refundable.
Entry fees are solely for participation in a skill-based competition and do not constitute the purchase of physical goods or services.
Only participants who submit the correct answer to the skill question will be eligible for the final draw.
Incorrect answers will disqualify the entry and will not be refunded.


4. Selection and Notification of Winners

After the Competition closing date or when the maximum number of entries is reached:
All eligible entries (i.e., those with a correct answer) will be entered into a random draw.
The winner will be selected using an impartial, verifiable draw method (e.g., timestamped random number generation).
The winner will be contacted via email within 48 hours and must confirm identity and UK delivery address within 14 days.
If the winner fails to respond or is found to be ineligible, a new winner will be drawn under the same conditions.

5. Prizes

All prizes:
Are brand new and purchased directly within the UK.
Are shipped to verified UK addresses via tracked courier.
Are subject to availability and model changes (of equal or higher value) if stock is unavailable.
You may not request cash or other substitutions unless explicitly stated in the Competition terms.
We are not responsible for:
Delays due to courier services or customs.
Additional import taxes if delivery occurs to non-mainland UK territories.

6. Account Responsibilities

You must maintain the confidentiality of your login details. You may not:
Share your account with others.
Register multiple accounts.
Use fake identities or attempt to bypass eligibility criteria.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud or abuse.

7. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify:
Entrants who provide false or misleading information.
Users who use bots, scripts, or automation.
Entries submitted in breach of these Terms or UK law.

8. Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final. We do not issue refunds except in the following cases:
Technical malfunction on our platform resulting in an undelivered or duplicate charge.
Cancellation of a Competition before the draw due to operational error or legal requirement.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days via [email protected].

9. Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR. Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. We only collect and store data necessary to operate Competitions and fulfill legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Belvagio is not liable for:
Any losses arising from your misuse of the platform.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Failed delivery due to incorrect user information.
We limit liability to the total amount paid by you for the specific Competition in which the issue occurred.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including (but not limited to): pandemics, legal changes, internet outages, strikes, or courier disruptions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
